You don’t realize how fast time goes by tell you look back. Soon there will be a 7 and 4 year old running around. Been over 11 year with the women that made it happen, lots of ups and downs, but sitting by the stove realizing that it’s been 5 years mastering the art of making syrup sure brings it all to reality. 5 years ago James and my self hung the first couple pails with cheap hooks and drills 3/8’s holes to shove some air line hose out of the semi bunk. So it would drip into a pail. Fast forward 5 years we are running a full vacuum system with the CDL RO system into a custom made stove from the heart of the Ontario syrup region. Sure feels like an accomplishment from a hobby standpoint, we appreciate everyone that enjoys our syrup that is brought into there home to enjoy the small part of passion that is put into every bottle.
