@2002VFL@TylerTGGoodman No it's not.
In addition to the obvious Florida and Texas, Missouri has St. Louis and KC.
Alabama has Huntsville, Birmingham, Mobile, and Montgomery with metro populations from 400,000 to 1.1 mil.
I don't know if those are "major" or not but too big for my liking.
@RecruitsBama “Thoughts” are that only people who don’t understand the 3 slices of the budget pie think this is a story.
Their majority of their money this year went to retention leaving much less for high school and portal.
@jtthebamafan I have a very hard time choosing between Lee Roy Jordan, John Hannah, Derrick Thomas and Derrick Henry.
My mind could change daily between those 4.
@FarmGirlCarrie I can't relate. Chances of that are 0% where I live, but if it did happen they would be going home with their tails between their legs.
@nut_history The HR call reminds me of Skip Caray.
Low monotone voice: "Dale Murphy at the plate...Swing...Home Run.
His dad would have been yelling out Holy Cows at the top of his lungs.
@OGquaker@nettermike "Lower income" people have never been as well off in history as they are now.
They consider things necessities that my parents and grandparents could never dream of having.
My parents had to save for months to buy a TV and having 2 vehicles was totally out of the question.
@AlafrigginBama It's a new world.
"Success" is having from 55 to 65 elite players getting the bulk of the money with the rest of the roster being affordable developmental players.
That can be through any combination of recruiting, portal, and retention.
Every year will look different.
@MagersNicholas@KoiGoodheart@td_nash I've never watched a soccer match in my life but I know who Pele is.
Worldwide his is probably right there with Ali as most famous on this list.
