@kriolbawi Monday nights 4 wash days. I use the Clarifying shampoo, hydrating shampoo, deep conditioner. Then in the morning I use the lotion and oil. I add the treatment mask every 3rd week. And the protein treatment every 6 weeks. Hydrating conditioner every time I shampoo every 2nd day.
