@evricouriers the contents of my parcel were stolen whilst in your care. It seems impossible to get a response from #Evri. You robot chat is useful, help!!!!!!
@HouseofHelpers I returned a parcel to you, a pair of boots with Evri. You said the boots were not in the parcel but one trainer and will not refund me. The boots were definitely in the parcel when I dropped it off, so someone stole them, and replaced with one trainer.
@EVRi_Delivery How do I speak to a human?? The chatbot does not answer my query. My parcel (returning a pair of boots to @houseoffraser ) was opened, the contents stolen and replaced with one trainer. HofF will not refund me and @evri are impossible to get hold of.
@amyfosterface Yes, I returned a pair of boots and someone stole the boots and then put 1 worn trainer in the box and returned that instead. Now @houseoffraser will not refund me. They even sent me the random trainer.
@Ryanair@MoneySavingExp Ryanair are liars. They send emails promising my refund in 24hrs, then in 7 working...its now over month. Your customer service is worse than useless. GIVE ME MONEY BACK
@askryanair I was promised a refund for a cancelled flight. On 27th Sept you said 7 working days. When I called to chase you said 7-10 days, it's now 12 days. When will I get it?
@Ryanair @RyanairCustome1 You cancelled our flights 4 weeks ago which you said you would refund in 24 hrs...lies. After a phone call over 2 weeks ago you promised we would have our money back within 7 working days, it's now 9 working days. Lie after lie...give us our money back!
