Please Help! You cancelled my daughter’s flight, morning of, due to mechanical issue. No same day options given. Had to buy a ticket on diff airline. Was only offered a partial refund + voucher. @USDOT req a full refund incl. ancillaries for cancels.
NEVER fly with @FlyFrontier they’re SUPER unprofessional, airplane is always somehow broken, and seats are uncomfortable. Nothing is done in a timely manner and every flight is destined to be delayed. I would rather fly on the Wright brothers aircraft than step foot on frontier.
@FlyFrontier So my wallet fell out at my seat… back of the plane flight 1755 to LAX. I exited and noticed so I asked them to get it for me. The flight attendant returned it to me with no cash… they stole my 400$. Appreciate that thanks @FlyFrontier
@FlyFrontier lets passengers on flights without scanning their boarding pass… then walks up to the individual and gives him a warning about not scanning as he is sitting in his seat. Then proceeds to NOT check the boarding pass…. Like what?!
@__RhoBoats@ViaUSWorkers@FlyFrontier Unless she was kicked off for another reason that she's not telling us. Seems odd that her and her husband's tickets were different prices.
