Why don’t we know how to address issues? Why will you pay over £200 for a dress and it won’t be delivered in 4 months when it’s not a custom wedding dress? Lol. Hanifa will be back with better structure but customers with issues are well within their rights to complain.

Why do you offer next day delivery till midnight but it doesn’t come next day? I ordered because of that & it’s clearly false advertising @boohoo utter shite you lot by the time it arrives I’ll be fighting for a return as clearly it’s not next day delivery
@boohoo when your automated messages say you will respond within 48 hours how long does that actually mean? This was last Friday and im still getting the same response... its a joke !!!!
