Is @FedEx broken? Everything I do on the site shows a failure. My package was delayed and I couldn't file a support ticket and had to call. Now, they are delivering my package 2 days late and the recipient left today. So I'm trying to file a claim for a refund and I get this.

@LAB70s @Chewy @FedEx I wrote to the CEO in Florida but apparently he’s in a different corporate location so I asked escalations how I can get a letter to him and they told me I can’t. Outrageous. I order over 10k of stuff per year and they continually do not use packing supplies.

@PSAcard You should also address the fact that your preferred shipper @FedEx has employees who steal your freshly graded cards and claim it is just a "damaged" package.....damaged being they opened it took out the cards and claimed it was a shipping issue then offer you $100. 🤬
