Refusing a refund for non delivery is straight up fraud so I’ll be claiming the money back via my bank. Have to give them 30 days to rectify.

@JustEatUK never using just eat again! I ordered on Christmas Eve some food and had to drive to get it and wasn’t given so was issued a refund and a voucher I am now using the voucher wanting to try again & same thing has happened! Shocking service drivers shouldn’t decline order
