@Ticketek_AU do you refund the entire amount, including transaction fees, etc. or just the ticket face value for the cancel days of the Boxing Day test

Dear @Ticketek_AU to not have any human answering the phone or email today to do something as simple as change the email linked to my account is completely unacceptable. If you don't want to pay money to hire people give the job then give to another business that does.
