@marksandspencer I need help with my account. Ever since the breach a few months ago I’ve been unable to log into my account as it wants me to change my password and to verify using my old email. I no longer have access so don’t get the emails. How can I fix this?
@marksandspencer Thanks Chloe, but I have a screenshot from the M&S website taken this morning still stating 7days to collect. I’m really disappointed that I have lost out on my offers as M&S did not make their new policy clear.
Really disappointed with @marksandspencer - online order for click&collect with20% sparks. Order in store on Fri thought I had 7days to collect but order refunded after 5days. Was working so couldn’t collect. Website says 7days to collect. All discounts lost and no items 😡
