@Joeinblack @FedEx Father, I’m so sorry about this. I hope this gets cleared up soon, but they are a hot mess. I will say our FedEx Manager is really good at my company, but the tracking has actually said a package is in California and then shows up 3 hours later in CT. 😂🙈

Pathetic. I’ve provided details thrice. I’m still getting the automated messaging asking for my details via DM and to follow. Clearly, @FedExHelp @FedEx has the worst of customer service.
