Delivery driver skidded to a stop outside our gate, threw parcel at bottom of gate and speed off in cloud of dust approx 40mph to 50mph in a 15mph limit. Pic below showing registration and dust as pulled away from the next drop.

Clearly we intended to pay so would appreciate the chance to do so given the error and attitude at the time which we thought lifebis too short to complain about.
