@LA_Multi_Fam Last winter I had a problem (also in LA). A trail camera worked. Reviewed footage each day, it took several nights to narrow down the right spot(s) to place it - turns out there were multiple areas of intrusion. I'd recommend getting a bunch of trail cams to speed up the process
