@LadueSoccer Did you know that national teams that have to qualify for the World Cup get to pick their team from that countries best players and public high schools don’t have any choice when it comes to players they get?
@LadueSoccer@bcstealn@STLhssports I’m not sure the word “scared” should be the preferred word, but you do you. I’m still waiting on your info on how enrollment is calculated into your merit system.
@LadueSoccer@CoachAssareh@NWTaxman And ask your tennis coach if they would rather stay in class 2 and let his kids enjoy a final 4 experience or would they rather play JBS in a class 3 district final, and not even make the tournament, because it’s better competition?
@LadueSoccer@CoachAssareh@NWTaxman You can make that case for all the sports in all the classes. There isn’t a perfect system because you have such a diverse talent level. Is your boys and girls tennis coach on board?
@LadueSoccer@CoachAssareh@NWTaxman And I know those number are hypothetical but the point is larger numbers help the chances of higher level players. Making a smaller schools play at a higher level because they have done more with less, I don’t agree with.
@LadueSoccer@CoachAssareh@NWTaxman I want to see the “metrics” of what determines how good a public school is. If a good CL 3 school has 4 NL club level players and a CL 4 has 10 of those similar caliber of players, how is that an even playing field. And those numbers are directly correlated with enrollment
@LadueSoccer Well that’s where we differ. IMO playing against schools your size, even if they are inferior, is the best way. Enrollment numbers play a roll.
@PacificHSSoccer@LadueSoccer What are you talking about? Taking a class three School out of class three playoffs that is one of the best teams in the state in class 3 waters down class 3. Show me on the doll where Summit touched you.
@LadueSoccer Rockwood is inferior??!? So punish teams because they are good? Most will never be on board with that no matter how you spin it. You have been singing this song for a couple years now and I’m pretty sure if you were in the majority it would’ve already changed.
