Happy Monday Cville! Over the weekend Clarenceville’s newly formed robotics team competed in their 1st competition. The won Rookie All-Star Award and qualified to compete at the State championship this weekend in Saginaw. What an amazing start. I can’t wait to see our team grow!!

Friday was Pi Day at the Middle School with the winners of Pi Bee and Pi Day Fun Run and five Cville HS musicians performed at MSBOA State Solo & Ensemble, and ALL participating students won Division I ratings and went home with gold medals.
A special night to celebrate our Student Athletes and our Teachers of the Year. Congrats to the Cville Bowling Team. Congrats Trojan Bowlers. Thanks for bringing the hardware home! Congrats to Ms. Melody and Ms. Ingram for all they do to inspire our students each and every day!
Although March is not all about reading…..Grandview had a wonderful math night event bringing families together, technology was put down and games were being played. Such fun!!!!!
Good-bye February….hello March. February the Clarenceville hallways and doors were decorated to honor Black History Month and March the doors and hallways are all centered around reading…Happy March is Reading month Clarenceville!!!
Yesterday was a great day for Clarenceville Middle School students. We had students in Toledo visiting the art museum while others were part of Tools for Schools. Great experiences……great hands-on learning…..great fun!!
Congratulations Clarenceville women’s bowling team on being STATE CHAMPS!!!! It took to game 4 to beat Adrian Madison 187-166! Congratulations and thank you for bringing the hardware home!!!!!!
Clarenceville is making a global impact this evening. High schoolers were filmed for the Levin Center to show our students strength in inquiry-based learning and a Jaqueline Woodson Watch Party was held at Botsford to showcase an amazing story from a diverse author!!!

It was a great evening honoring Clarenceville’s teachers of the year, Ms. Amisha Ingram and Ms. Cathy Melody. It was a lovely event by the Livonia Chamber of Commerce to honor our amazing educators and some wonderful community entities!!!!
Career exploretion was plentiful these last few days. Career Day at Grandview was a success. Students were curious and were excited to start thinking about their future!At Botsford Career Jeopardy was in full swing engaging students on all the careers available to their future!
It was a great morning watching amazing educators and curious students learning and doing amazing things in their classroom solving real world problems and finding the relevance in their learning!!!!!
Great week at Cville. STEMi is here, as well as, a CEF grant was handed out, but most exciting is that the Cville girls and boys won bowling at regionals. Next up States!!!
No school for Clarenceville on Thursday, February 13th due to the anticipated snow accumulation, as well as, the timing of the storm. All events are still scheduled this evening and tomorrow evening, including the Board Meeting. Stay safe and warm!
