We lost a good man this morning, my dad. Many of you know him as Gary, Poppa or Coach. To me he was dad. He taught me how to work and there for us, until he couldn’t be. He taught me and so many others the game. He fought a good fight & ran a good race. Rest easy Old Man

3️⃣ Ensuring his head is still/down at the contact point and behind the baseball.
4️⃣ Achieving balance and connection with head, hip, and knee alignment at contact.
5️⃣ Extending to maximize the barrel through the zone, staying on plane for as long as possible.
