There is a serious problem when people rely too heavily on Whatsapp forwards to learn history, most of which are outright fabrications. When Kamala Nehru died in 1936 in Lausanne, Switzerland, Jawaharlal Nehru was serving his seventh term in prison in India, while Subhas Chandra Bose was at the side of the dying Kamala Nehru, along with Indira. As her health deteriorated, Nehru was released and permitted to travel to Europe so he could be with her in her final moments. It was Bose who arranged her funeral.
Unlike today, they did not travel with an ANI photographer in tow to manufacture images and narratives. So unless one actually reads proper, credible sources, one will remain blissfully ignorant of the truth.
