@ANGIEBROOKS11 You could mention that Maltese Trustees STM and Momentum have now been forced to clean up their act by the MFSA, because of a group of sixty individuals making their complaints and winning back £2.2 million of list pensions, with more to be decided. That's changed in 7 years!
@Steve41409470 @MaltaGov@CDML@TheTimesofMalta I can assure you that the sixty plus victims that received a positive judgement are very happy to have the support of the Arbiter and received the 70%. Yes it's not enough but it's better than zero currently received by any other means and is a poke in the eye to QROPS providers
@Steve41409470 @CDML@ANGIEBROOKS11 Two years from when you first knew about the wrongdoing unless it is confusing. We have cases currently being heard that were 'out of time' awaiting decision
@Steve41409470 @CDML Having coordinated sixty successful complaints to the Maltese Arbiter, happy to share knowledge and examples of successful claims.
@bir02677015 Apparently half of Complaince Department including the Head, and her boss are now on annual leave accordidng to their 'out of office' responses. I smell a rat!
Amazing how three different directors @QROPSMalta Momentum are all on annual leave, unable to answer emails re the victims compensation. @MFSA need to give them a poke with a sharp stick! stop them stalling and failing in their duties...AGAIN @IntAdviser@Chris_Angeloni
