Everybody doesn't grow the same, mature the same, see the same, love the same, or think the same, but that's okay. Because no matter what, everyone has a choice to shift their mind to see the world differently.
Every human is having their own experience of life. At this point, for me, I can't ever really put any expectation on someone if whether or not they know if something is good or bad. People are simply operating through their environments teaching.
Even with human interaction. I stopped placing expectations that a person could be good or bad. The experience of each individual will determine how you deal with them.
I have found that when you place zero expectations on the things you're doing in your life, at times, the results happen the way you would've loved it to go. Sometimes better. When it doesn't, I find it better to reflect on what didn't go well and learn from that experience.
Dating nowadays is a joke. You have to act like you don't care, wait hours to reply, pretend you're not too interested just so they don't think you're too available. God forbid you actually like someone and show it. It's not love anymore, it's all mind game.
Careful of the wounded child masked within an adult body. Their traumas may be pushed onto you with the expectation of you being their healer. They must heal themselves through inner work. Aid in bringing out the best version of themselves while they grow. But allow them to heal.
