You're a group of people who believe if someone is silent when you harass them you've won because they didn't correct you, and if they speak then you won because you made them react. It is weird.

@stormfall33 In another hour, they found all my boxes. It is absolutely insane to me that I had to reach them via (then) Twitter. It is even more insane that they obviously had the capability to find my packages the whole time. (3/3)

@stormfall33 I know it's a different platform, but years ago moving cross country, UPS lost three out of four of my boxes. They looked for a week and found one, and were fighting paying the insurance on my computer that was still lost. At the end of the week, they closed my ticket 1/?)

@stormfall33 And wouldn't let me open a new one. They basically said deal with it it's gone. I could not get any phone numbers or emails for any higher ups at all. I found the CEO and tweeted him that I was going to take them to small claims court. Within an hour, they contacted me. (2/?)

@jarpad I don't believe you did anything wrong. I don't support or condone him but we're in a weird place in society where not wishing someone like him dead or in pain is somehow wrong. I refuse to let things change who I am and I admire what you said regardless of who he is.
