@PNBMetlife1 tried paying for the premium using my credit card. The bank verified the transaction successfully but still PNBMetlife website shows payment failed. Tried with different cards from different banks, still the same. Raised complaint 6 days back, zero resolution!!

@SingaporeAir there seems to be a gooey, super sticky liquid on my checked bag when i received it from the carousel. Has ruiner my stuff and the bag. The agent at the carousel didnt help and asked me to contact you. Is this expected?

@SingaporeAir also the bag isnt trackable using the PIR number shared. How does a customer get information about their bags? Is there any SLA that @SingaporeAir provide for the same?

@rpobengaluru@MEAIndia@DrSJaishankar exactly and i am saying since tweet/email one that i did that and got the GEP application id. Passport seva sends the GES/GOES id over email which i didnt get so i cant request for background checks

@rpobengaluru please understand the issue. This is US GEP application for which i want to now apply for background verification on passport seva website for which i dont have GES/GOES id from passport seva yet. There was no submission done in Bengaluru
@CyberKing_Sumit@MEAIndia@DrSJaishankar If your GEP application was submitted in Bengaluru, the file number will be 15 digits. If it was submitted elsewhere, you will need to contact the respective submission office to resolve the issue.
