You’re 100% correct. Delta’s customer centricity has fallen off a cliff in the last decade. Record profits and declining service have forced me to try other carriers for the first time in decades. @Delta was once defined as the leader in technology and customer loyalty. Now that they’ve lost the lead, I wonder if they’ll be able to get it back.
