In space you don’t need that propellant. You can use solar power recharge in the sun use that to propel and maneuver in space gravity also means you need very little force to move lots of weight and that momentum will continue for long periods with very little effort. Could use a magnetic propulsion unit large scale and that could power and maneuver starship.

Landing rockets, reusing rockets, catching the largest flying object with a pair of robotic arms, building and launching the worlds largest flying object, cars that drive themselves, controlling computers with your mind, restoring vision to the blind, restoring function to the disabled, all of these and more used to be impossible….
