@VodafoneIreland waiting 13 days to unlock a phone then we are told we have to wait 48 hrs to confirm that we own the phone even after giving you all the info you need. We pay €120 each month we just want to give our daughter a phone so she feels safe walking home. What a joke.

@annatters I’m sick of being told that a manager will call you back in 24-48 hrs. @Vodafone Ireland just give us our money back. Otherwise we are going to have a very disappointed 12 year old on Friday morning.

@annatters please help. After countless calls & live chats with @VodafoneIreland over the last 4weeks we are still owed €1100 every time we are told that we will get the money back in the next 5 days. Last nights call was 2hrs long. Hopefully it will be resolved soon in time
