@AmazonHelp Google this phrase and you’ll see it is a very widespread issue: “amazon seller support is bad”. It’s truly remarkable that the same company that gets it SO RIGHT with buyer support gets it SO WRONG with seller support. Its so bad that it seems like it’s almost done on purpose!

@crosmancorp, I bought this air rifle on Amazon on 10/1/22. I wasn’t able to get the scope zeroed in (it shoots low & wont adjust hi enough). Finally, I took it to a local gun shop. They found the same thing and said the scope is faulty and that perhaps you’d replace it? Help!!
