Stage 8 was canceled for bike class in honor of Paulo but we are back in action today with stage 9. Pablo Quintanilla wins his first stage and Toby makes up a few minutes but American Ricky Brabec continues a smooth performance holding down theboverall lead by almost 21 minutes.
