I did it, after 4 years of arguing with the city, we finally have an ADA compliant cutout. Sure it's not the greatest. But now our wheel chair users in my neighborhood have better access, and any blind people!

i might have to get a cat sitter. my god it's almost 4am, I was at a festival all weekend and I just want sleep but she won't shut up. she became a Velcro cat when I got home, why did I get a cat.
@ForceFieldsWI I was so tired trying to find twitter on my phone I forgot it was called X and went to the Google play store. this was such a struggle to post
@DanielK80502174@SOSChamp@CodifyBaseball Most people don't understand, saving their arms is becoming more important. So seeing this caliber of pitcher, pitch an entire game is unlikely. He's no Randy Johnson.
I'ma say it again, so many people hated on Mis last season, I believed in him. Look at him this season. Yes, his technique still needs work, but man is he so much better and it shows this season.
Jacob Misiorowski has struck out 57 batters in his last 6 games while allowing a total of only 1 run and 14 hits. I know that sounds impossible but it's true.
No one has ever hit those marks before in any 6-game span in all of MLB history because of course they haven't.
I still remember the first book that got me into reading, Hatchet, by Gary Paulsen. My sixth grade teacher told me to read Walden afterwards. It's a book I'm going to buy soon.
I think he knew, even though i sucked at math, literature was important to me. Miss you old guy.
If you like to read, and have a young family member who does, support them with books. As an uncle, I will keep lending him books encouraging him to read difficult topics that he won't be assigned in school like I was.
Going to buy a copy of Lord of the Flies and lend that to him as well, because that's also one that is commonly banned in schools now, and I love that book, one of my favorites. He is however not getting to read my copy of Night. He will get a copy when he's older.
My nephew reads a lot, so I gave him Fahrenheit 451 because he reads wayyyyy above his grade level. And he likely won't read it in school like I did. I'll probably let him borrow 1984 after he gives it back. Little real-life realization won't hurt the kid.
I have an old friend who impress me by all the books they read. Then I saw it was all fiction. None of the classics at all. Just easy reads, and that's okay if it's your thing. But they always asked me how do i know all sorts of things! Because I read non-fiction man.
I've been reading a lot more lately, and I thought about all my friends who haven't read a book since high school, and it's all but one.
I read in the morning with coffee, with lunch, and after I put my cat to bed. I'll probably finish two books this week.
It's sort of unfair to me to say why they don't read, because I read a lot of historical books and books I can learn from. A bit o fiction. I annotate and take notes down on note cards and organize them in a tote/notebook. To hopefully write a decent book of my own someday.
