We’re pleased to share our March 2026 Quarterly Report.
Our Executive Chairman David Southam said: “The March quarter was very successful for Cygnus as we implemented our twin strategies of growth through exploration and advancement of the project.
“The capital raising was completed at a tight discount in volatile markets. The raising, which was strongly endorsed by our cornerstone shareholder, Ocean Partners, has set us up to continue our path to significant growth from a well-funded position.
“Drilling centred around Golden Eye, with three rigs working at peak capacity. This culminated in some very strong assays shortly after the end of the quarter. These included high-grade gold, copper and silver intervals over 100g/t AuEq over 1m. With these results reconciling well vis à vis the resource model, we are looking forward to potentially upgrading more Inferred resources into the Indicated category.”

Infill drilling at the Golden Eye deposit at our Chibougamau Copper-Gold Project has returned high-grade gold intervals of up to 105.5g/t AuEq over 1.0m, alongside copper grades of up to 11.9% Cu over 0.8m.
These results highlight the strong potential to grow the Indicated Resource as well as the scope for further extensions. There remains a number of assay results pending following finalisation of exploration activity at Golden Eye on 8 April 2026, with around 5,632m of drilling completed from the engineered ice pad.
Our Executive Chairman David Southam said: “These results are some of the best intervals recorded at the Golden Eye deposit which is unmined, near surface and has existing infrastructure in place.
“Assay results reported today for gold, silver and copper confirm the high-grade nature of the deposit and continuity, with the perfect blend of commodities.
“These results will form part of the next resource update, including the revised Indicated Resource."

Cygnus Executive Chairman David Southam is interviewed in @Paydirt_Media magazine, discussing exploration at our Chibougamau Copper-Gold Project and the oversubscribed $25m placement completed last month to advance the project with journalist Rhonda Malkin.
David highlights the significant Resource growth achieved since acquiring the project, and the three rigs currently spinning at the Golden Eye deposit, where results are due in the coming weeks.
“We went from 10.5mt to just under 15mt @ 3.3% copper equivalent, increasing the resource [in September 2025] by nearly 80%, but we also found a new deposit, Golden Eye, where some of those dollars are being spent right now. If I get some more indicated resources from our Golden Eye drilling, they are very high-value ounces that I could add to the PEA because they are so close to the mill and they’ve got such good grade,” he said.
David also touches on opportunities at the Joe Mann and Gwillam (JV with $20 billion TSX-listed Alamos Gold) prospects, as well as the increasing inbound enquiries for offtake, including interest in Cygnus' lithium assets. “We had zero inbound queries nine months ago, and now it's substantial," he said.

Cygnus has received firm commitments totalling A$25 million via a share Placement to institutional and sophisticated investors: https://t.co/F8rVLPAzwN
Strategic investor Ocean Partners, the Company’s second-largest shareholder prior to this raising, strongly supported the Placement due to its fundamental belief in the value of the Chibougamau Copper-Gold Project and its insights into the global copper supply markets.
Funds from the Placement will be used for Resource growth, Resource conversion, exploration of multiple prospects including Joe Mann and Gwillim, ongoing permitting work, study completion, some early works at the milling infrastructure and working capital.
Our Executive Chairman David Southam said: “We delivered on our strategy at Chibougamau in our first year of ownership with more resources, including more indicated resources, and a new resource at the Golden Eye discovery.
“This new round of funding is designed to grow our resources further, upgrade more resources into high confidence categories and aggressively drill some recently identified high grade gold-copper targets.
“With three rigs now operating and production studies progressing, we have several avenues for driving rapid shareholder value.”

We have commenced extensive exploration programs aimed at growing the resources at our Chibougamau Copper-Gold Project in Quebec.
Resource growth and discovery remain a key pillar of Cygnus’ growth strategy as we continue to unlock the Chibougamau district. A key focus is brownfields exploration, including extensions to deposits such as Cedar Bay and Golden Eye.
Our Executive Chairman David Southam said: “There is overwhelming evidence which points to the potential for substantial resource growth at Chibougamau. The resources remain open in many places and we have a pipeline of compelling targets to test.
“We have devised an extensive program of drilling and geophysics to unlock this upside. This will include brownfields drilling as well as testing new targets. After growing the resource by 29 per cent last year, we are confident that our exploration strategy will deliver more strong results and create more value for shareholders.
“We are now drilling at Golden Eye and Cedar Bay, which provide substantial resource upside.
“Joe Mann and Gwillim have excellent discovery potential and have been materially overlooked for the last 20 years. With this potential and the current gold price we are excited to commence exploration on these targets.”
