The problem is: I don’t have an @NCBAUganda account, and I have no outstanding loan with either @mtnug or @Airtel_Ug

How could this happen, and how can it be resolved?

Today I reached out to Equity Bank (appreciate them for always responding to DMs), and they informed me that I have an @NCBAUganda loan that’s 1,852 days in arrears.
