I know of Matt through watching Wales. He’s been diagnosed with cancer & the current prognosis is 12 - 18 months sadly. There’s a vaccine available which shows promising results and can extend a patients life by years. It’s £250k though and not on the NHS

The problem with the 20mph is the Welsh Government didnt account for boomers complete incompetence reading road signs. Driving 20 in a 40, driving 30 in a 50, and driving 30 in a 20. No one needs to drive 30 passed schools and on estates. Just read the signs on roads they'd be ok
