PSA: I’ve given my take on the GTA 6 Netflix deal. It’s an anti-consumer practice, but it isn’t a new concept nor will it doom the industry.

There are a number of disadvantages to it and there are a number of advantages as well (higher production value, longer than usual showcase etc). It’s silly to act as if it’s black and white in either direction. It’s also silly to personally attack creators over their opinion on it.
