Why is it every time I order, I’m chasing on them down, or I have to go out and buy the items myself and pay double, costing me time and money.

My @Instacart Shopper while throwing unbagged produce, rotten, expired and incorrect items into my cart while ignoring my substitutions and refund requests. Also @InstacartHelp when I send a long email about all the issues. Insane. Once they take your money they don’t care.

@InstacartHelp It honestly makes no sense. Why are the people who pay for the service being penalized? Why are your shoppers allowed to constantly get away with this? Do you just hire anyone who wants to be a shopper because that’s what it looks like. Throw random items in a cart and get paid?

@InstacartHelp We pay for premium service, I’m not paying for a mystery box, and I’m not paying for rotten food. Food shouldn’t be messed with. I’m so sick and tired of this. Damaged, rotten, expired food, and incorrect replacements or the shopper says they found the item but its wrong.

@InstacartHelp It’s the biggest con job. And for some reason your company keeps getting away with it. But I’m putting a stop to it. Love being charged $12 for a salad that could actually put me in the hospital. just because your shopper is taking on multiple orders and is careless.

@InstacartHelp Honestly, it’s insane that you think that it’s okay for your shoppers to throw whatever they want into our carts and charge us for it, even though we never would’ve bought those items to begin with. We have suggested replacements and the refund button for a reason right?

constantly received the wrong groceries. Then he refused to have phone calls with us at a higher level and make us talk to your robotic appeals department. This is so messed up. This is illegal and I don’t know why you think you’re gonna be able to get away with this.
