Having bipolar disorder is a chronic mental illness. It isn’t something we can “think positive” to navigate our daily lives. We are extremely hard on ourselves. We expect A LOT of ourselves. We have a tendency to self-loathe, self-abandon. The mood swings aren’t fun.
Nobody talks much about bipolar disorder. There is shame attached to it. A stigma. Let’s start by NOT saying you ARE bipolar. Say, “You have bipolar.”
We feel things more intensely. We get easily annoyed. You want to help break the stigma? Don’t just do #BellLetsTalk

I don’t shop at Walmart. Walmart online doesn’t seem secure. I removed my credit card but people are able to lift that older card which I no longer use
@Walmart I got an email and text saying that an order is being placed and would arrive June 11 but I didn’t place it. And it is going to Ontario. I don’t live there. Is there a security compromise going on? It is an order of pens for 11.47$. Very concerning
So, moral of the story: don’t save the credit card number on your wallet on your @Walmart dot ca account. Someone was able to add an address to Ontario and buy pens.

I always get asked by random people.. what camera I used.
I find it a rather odd question. Naturally, I tell them I use a Z6iii.
However, it isn’t the camera but the knowledge behind how to use one.
I’ll prove it to you that a very old Nikon D40 can take great photos.
Hey @UberEats
One of your drivers rang my doorbell at 1:45 am earlier today and he was very rude, insisting that he arrived at the correct address and that we ordered the food. We are parents with young children, in bed by 10 pm. The whole family was woken up. We are very tired
I survived Thursday with a migraine and I also survived Edmonton traffic. So many people forgetting to drive defensively — remember, like my late father said in traffic, “Not your daddy’s road!”
Everyone wins when we don’t crash, ok?
See… like I said, @ItalianCentre & @italianctrYYC , very little from the U.S- now trying to source oranges from South Africa!

@RadioGenoa This thread reeks of Islamophobia. This is why the West would never understand why Asians hate the West. Growing up, I was forced to spew anti-West propaganda to earn good marks in essays. Now living in the West, all I see is ignorance & apathy.
March is fraud awareness month.
Someone called me saying that they are from @RogersHelps
Then he asked how much I am paying for my monthly bill.
I said, you would know if you worked for them. You are likely a scammer.
I hung up
I keep getting those follower buy out things on IG. Here is what I wrote.
Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the vainest of them all?
