Even when it seems silly or nonrealistic, always ask and seek for help no matter what you think of yourself

ALWAYS seek in a mental health professional if needed, therapy is always key

Depression just happens sometimes
You deserve to be heard❤️

Along with series or suicidal thoughts or feelings of wanting to self harm

Depression isn't always trauma
It comes and accurs in many diffrient ways..
You are heard and you're struggles matter

It also comes from many feelings of hopelessness, and a negative mindset
Sometimes even from family genetics
You could go through nothing at all but still get it from maybe a parent or former family member from genetics..
