@DawnMBennettVA Yep happened to me as well. The place I bought it from said it wouldn't ship until the 24th. Ended up getting the email that it was shipping 2 hours after buying it digitally and then it arrived later the next day. Impatience is sometimes costly.

@rico199998 @ScourgeHH Do note that peak players is not the same as peak buyers. I bought the game but I'm not playing it until later down the road. Those missing 2000 players are probably all playing Fire Emblem right now.

@KazumaNekko The localization in the original is written more like a novel & more flowery while the writing in sky 1st is written more like a screenplay.

The original has a lot of charm that the remakes are missing but remakes have improved gameplay, character expressions, & voice acting.

@ScourgeHH Probably and then all the dlc from Sky 1st and 2nd will be in the 3rd Remake as Falcom tends to do with the last entry in an arc.

I don't usually play with costumes for a first playthrough anyway though...

@sergio123469 They have requirements for recruitment so while they may introduce them all they aren't all playable immediately.

@SubwayBossING07 They say this but many characters have requirements to unlock so outside of the smaller set group of 3-4 other characters anyone else can be recruited over time. They give us the option to recruit a bunch right off the back but you don't need to.

@honkaistarrail I'm fully convinced that this "Aha" is the "Mask" split off from the original "Aha". Here's hoping for a 5 star Sampo in the future after he reacquires his "Mask". My theory is that Nihilux is the "mask" that Sampo came to the "Tavern" to reacquire. Probably just copium though...

@That_One_Ushi Look it doesn't matter where you start so long as you managed to enjoy it. If you had started here and hated the series then the reactions would be notable because they'd fear your starting point ruined the experience but if it didn't then who cares. Welcome to the cul-club.

@RPGSite I understand that you may really enjoy the game but with that many negatives it should probably not get a 10/10.

I was planning on buying this game until they announced the DLC which completely soured me on even checking the game out.

@NicoBE01FE A bunch of delayed copies just hit for certain stores so I'm sure a decent amount of people who bought the game physically are buying it either digitally or in addition to in order to play it day 1 instead of waiting up to a week for their copy.

@Scarecrohh Honestly it's because he comes off as the least serious of all the routes so he's not priority one. I still intend to play his route but it just won't be first.
