@XboxSupport On our 5th elite series 2 controller in 3 years. You should not charge as much as you do. When returning the controller under warranty, we should receive a new controller and not a refurbished one. The generic regular controllers last much longer than the elite series.

The payments we start receiving at the end of the month are half your benefit entitlement for the 2023 tax year. U receive the remaining when you file next year
