Sometimes you recharge from your account and buy power only sends 16 digits that doesn't work or blank tokens

This has resulted to me abandoning many tokens that got rejected.

I don't know what else to do.

Cos even the tid code is also being rejected

Dear @PHEDconnect , please kindly explain to me why we can't get our prepaid meters credited directly instead of the tokens and tid code issues that seem to keep being rejected time and again.

I don't know about other users but I'm currently so tired I don't know what else to do
