It’s been a hard journey but wouldn’t have it any other way! 🙌

Had an amazing time working with Bluebell Hydrotherapy 💙 Learnt so much treating adult & paediatric patients with neuro & MSK conditions in the pool. Lovely to work with such a friendly team, Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings won’t be the same!🥺

🕺💃The first set of 'BedDances' to get patients moving in hospital ahead of their discharge have taken place.
‘BedDances’ aim to improve patients' mobility and prevent deconditioning in hospital through creative dance-based exercise sessions accompanied by uplifting music.
Fantastic webinar last evening @clinicalphysio from Dr Jack! Appreciate the perspectives from physio & medical backgrounds - felt it was pitched to the right depth getting back into neuro.
