Donald Trump and JD Vance. These two men don't just lead together — they carry America together. And what breaks my heart is that most of us will never fully understand what that actually costs them. Donald Trump is 79 years old. A grandfather of 10. A man who built an empire from the ground up — who could be sitting on a beach in Mar-a-Lago right now, watching the sunset, without a single care in the world. Instead — he is inside the White House. Still working. Still fighting. Still choosing America over comfort. Every. Single. Day.
And right beside him — JD Vance.
A man who came from nothing. Who grew up with chaos and instability and wrote an entire book about surviving it. Who just welcomed his fourth child — baby Alec — nine weeks ago. Who should be home, exhausted, doing late night feedings and watching his newborn sleep. Two different generations. Two different backgrounds. One unbreakable bond built on shared sacrifice for a nation they both love more than their own comfort.
And here is what I keep thinking about. While Trump and JD Vance trade their sleep, their family dinners, and their peace of mind for 330 million Americans — most of us will never even say thank you.
Not today. Today I stop. And I say it loud enough for both of them to hear it. Thank you, President Trump. Thank you, Vice President Vance. We see you. We feel your sacrifice. And we will never stop praying for you. 🙏 God — keep these two men strong, healthy, and protected. Keep their families safe and full of joy. And on their hardest days — remind them that millions of Americans are grateful for everything they carry in silence. 🙏🇺🇲
