What is something to help with consistent posting on social media like twitter, blueskies etc? Not even regarding engagement, rather just a way to keep consistent outside of twitch?

I had saw a post that said huge debuts and whatnot can be good, but it's best to just stream instead, which I have been doing, but now I wonder if a debut would be better? I'm so chronically offline I have no idea how to start with these things T_T
