🚨 SOUTH AFRICANS, WAKE UP 🇿🇦
“We Buy Cars” is straight-up robbing us blind ‼️
Took my 2021 Hilux to them last week. Trade-in value R420k, their “expert” offered R295k. "Cash in 30 mins they said", yeah, cash for their new yacht‼️I sold my bakkie privately for R410k within 4 days of advertising it privately.
They prey on desperate sellers with their fancy ads and “we’ll beat any offer” lies‼️
Don’t get scammed like the rest of us. Sell your vehicle privately‼️
If you've been scammed by WeBuyCars too, tell us your story, so we can warn others before they fall into the same trap‼️

They come to South Africa to ruin our infrastructure and when we say enough is enough we’re called xenophobes.
You can’t come into one’s house and do as you please! What level of disrespect is this to South Africa and South Africans.
We can’t coexist with these people. They destroy everything.

The Chinese are starting to emerge as moving like Nigerians in South Africa, running brothels and prostituting our women. President Xi Jinping must call his people home because we won't spare them.
If you get time consider reading about Jean-Jacques Dessalines (Haiti) and also Pancho Villa (Mexico). Maybe you might be persuaded that is not only the "educated" who can led successful revolutions. Thanks.
“Some amendments proposed by the public are unconstitutional.”
Apparently, we are not supposed to rewrite the Constitution but only amend it. 😂
Today’s discussion raised an interesting question: if certain provisions cannot be touched because they have already been interpreted or ruled on by the Constitutional Court, then what exactly is the purpose of this review process?
Surely one of the reasons people propose amendments is to clarify wording, close loopholes, and remove ambiguities that have led to interpretations they disagree with.
We were told that provisions such as “every child has a right to education” are rooted in international instruments, including the 1951 UN Convention, and therefore cannot simply be changed.
The @EFFSouthAfrica representative argued that South Africa cannot isolate itself from the international community and must remain aligned with its international obligations.
@Mngxitama2 then posed a question that many South Africans may be asking: if public submissions can be dismissed as unconstitutional and rejected by the legal team, what is the actual purpose of the Constitutional Review Committee? He argued that it cannot be correct for the concerns and proposals of citizens to be set aside on that basis alone.
A fair question remains: if some parts of the Constitution are effectively beyond the reach of public amendment proposals, what exactly are South Africans being invited to review?
