Whoever wrote this obviously has NO clue what they’re talking about. Private companies, including xAI can be easily bought on multiple public platforms, including Equity Zen, Forge, Nasdaq NSM, Hiive, Notice, and others. Other than being an accredited investor, which most qualified investors are anyways, there are no restrictions and anyone can buy shares on private companies if they choose to do so.
