Q3: Team sends Lando out on used softs, on a very wet track, slipping and sliding bc he’s the first person going through, and the very first out when track evolution here is everything. Max P1, Lando P7.

--Step Two: Andrea takes no accountability. Says they made the right choices, deflects all blame away from his team, and blames Lando.

--Step Three: Lando gets massive hate.

Race:

--Step One: The team gives him a 4.1s pit stop (the 5th shockingly bad stop for him in 6 races). Instead of P5, comes out P7.

--Step Two: Andrea takes no accountability. Says he isn’t sure if the team made mistakes, deflects all blame away from his team, puts the blame on yesterday’s quali (which he already blamed on Lando).
