These were Americans who took bullets while exercising their constitutional right to participate in democracy. Violence in American politics is unconscionable and I hope and pray for it to end.

I had a great time at the Clover's Day Celebration in Tillamook this last weekend. So many great local businesses chip in to make this a success for our community. And congrats to our newest Tillamook County Dairy Princess Madyson!

This weekend the team and I reached over 500 voters at the door! While most of Oregon is sweating it couldn't have been better weather out in Cannon Beach.

What a fantastic Independence Day on the North Coast! I was able to be a part of parades in both Astoria and Clatskanie, and it was great to have the opportunity to see Senator Suzanne Weber, Kevin Leahy, and many others. #orpol

Last year I voted for a historic, bipartisan housing package that with expand the housing supply and help move homeless Oregonians into permanent housing. We can and should come together again to take the next important step.

Good. We need to get this done for our communities struggling with homelessness. Thanks to SCOTUS, it's now only Oregon law that is getting in the way of local solutions to the homelessness crisis. #orpol
