•Pat. 80 years old, hematuria
Only about 5% of bladder cancer in Europe and in the US are squamous cell carcinomas, they are more likely to occur in endemic areas of schistosomiasis
* Most keratinising squamous carcinomas
Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV)/ Herpes genitalis, Pap vaginal smear.
KNOWN:
-Patient age 35
-Mutible vesiculopustular on external genitalia
NOTE:
* Ground glass appearance
* Characterized by nuclear molding, multi nucleation and margination of chromatin

High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion HISL
NOTE: the coarse chromatin and inconspicuous nucleoli as well as the thickened irregular nuclear outlines.
Nuclear-to-cytoplasmic (N/C) are almost 1:1.
