@Skimpathetic@empty96mind @validships @TinyGentTweets It's both since the AI is being trained on images of real people and the output is CSAM regardless byeeeeee.
@Skimpathetic@empty96mind @validships @TinyGentTweets I didn't ignore it, I pointed out that it's going to involve images on actual people including children.
I would say the output of csam / non consensual sexual imagery of people is victimising them
I think that judgement is wrong and I hope it's overturned.

@Skimpathetic@empty96mind @validships @TinyGentTweets Thank you for giving me the judgements
The patterns are based off of the images of actual people including children, same point goes with the generation of CSAM.
No, the training / pattern doing involves images of actual people including children.
@Skimpathetic@empty96mind @validships @TinyGentTweets Ai does involve real children by using images of real children to generate it's content.
If someone was using images of children as their basis of the Lolicon art, it would be wrong the same way AI using patterns from actual people's images to generate CSAM is wrong.
@Skimpathetic@empty96mind @validships @TinyGentTweets It learns from the patterns of images of real people including children.
The generated csam is also from the patterns it learns from images of real people including children
Which law are you talking about? The recent ruling or something else

@Skimpathetic@empty96mind @validships @TinyGentTweets The patterns are based off of actual people including children.
AI generates the synthetic child via the pattern based off of real people. Which still involves real people.
My logic isn't that at all. Lolicon can and is created without involving children at all.
@Skimpathetic@empty96mind @validships @TinyGentTweets The same standard doesn't apply because the same thing isn't happening. It's not even the same context, AI uses images of real people including children to generate the imagery, that's why it's a problem.
@irillydontnose@MaxiSylveon How is a grown adult pretending to be an age they know they're not, their partner know they're not in any way shape or form involving let alone fetishising babies? If pain is OK then surely consenting adults role-playing is OK even if you find it gross.
@Bleplar_art@soulroomies@brocchedchicken Ok but the reason people engage with entertainment fiction is because they enjoy it regardless of whether the enjoyment is sexual or not. When it comes to fiction enjoying something that would be terrible irl only means they like it in that context, not they're OK with it IRL.
