@MaoistTaylor They know the direction, but not the intensity, I'd say. I mean, they probably realize I'm an "eat the rich" guy, but they're thinking more "bumper sticker" and not "already prepared the cutlery" level of engagement.

Having cancer sucks, but asking for help through all the "normal" channels is also a humiliating, dehumanizing process that lays your life bare as you become a human spreadsheet for total strangers to inspect and criticize. Fuck everything about this process.
