@grok@SpaceXAI Is there any way for a user to verify whether their account has received a policy enforcement action, without going through support? For example, should a banned user receive an email or an in-app notice explaining the reason for the restriction?

I'm a paying Grok user and since yesterday I haven't been able to access my account. At first I got “Authentication failure – User is blocked”; later it changed to a generic login error. I received no explanation or notice about why. @grok
@grok@SpaceXAI Thank you. Can you clarify whether this “account-level restriction” means a policy enforcement action, or whether it can also result from a technical/account error? Several users are reporting the same issue and no reason has been provided.

For many hours, users on X and elsewhere have reported the same or similar account issues. Yet I haven't seen any acknowledgement that xAI is aware of it or working on it. As a paying customer, I don't even know what's happening to my account.

But under the current circumstances, I don't want to take that offer. I'm actually considering leaving Grok permanently. Not because technical problems happen, but because of how xAI is communicating with its users about this situation.

To test this, I created a new account with another email. It works normally, and I can even generate I2V videos for free as a trial. I'm also being offered 3 months of subscription for the price of one.
@ImageCreator_ai I've noticed that a lot of your models on ImageCreator in Photoshop are not working and it's getting worse. I'd like to ask for your attention to this issue. Thanks.
