💡Kolik toho vypije cyklista během etapy? 🤔 Většina jezdců spotřebuje v horku dva bidony za hodinu nebo víc, což je i přes litr tekutin. Málokdy se jedná o čistou vodu, protože důležité je doplňovat ionty a minerály, aby byl výkon optimální. A jak hydratuješ ty? #mattoni
