D1 workouts start on 9/7. These are skill focused workouts. Playing in a fall league will not get you better! The is no FALL AAU so don’t buy into that nonsense. Beware of programs that say they "specialize" in skills but are not skill coaches and will only put you into a league.

We have had these two separate entities for many years and now we are combining the best skill coaches with our AAU coaches to provide an elite experience in our area
